Hunter Nichols, Senior Consulting Engineer. Hunter is an accomplished professional with extensive consulting experience developing solutions and troubleshooting processes in marketing, risk management, financial services, energy, and supply chain management. With over fifteen years of experience designing decision support systems, analytical tools and processes, and production systems he has the experience to help our clients turn knowledge into profits. He offers a strong combination of business knowledge, programming skills, and abilities in statistical and quantitative modeling and process analysis. He likes a challenge and has specialized skills in innovative solutions to non-textbook problems for improved insight and performance. Hunter earned a Master Degree in Operations Research and Applied Statistics from George Mason University and a Bachelors Degree in Statistics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
Paul Norton, President. Prior to starting Strong Tower Solution, Inc. as a SAS Reseller Paul worked for HNC Software, Fair Isaac and SAS in that order supporting clients in multiple industries throughout North America. At these organizations he developed a deep understanding of how raw data can be turned into profitable decisions in each customer’s unique environments. His expertise is matching his organizations offerings to the business and technical needs of his customers where applicable. This skill was developed over a 21 year career in Sales and Account Management where he consistently met or exceeded the organizations expectations. This problem solving approach has been embraced by customers who often expressed that many vendor organizations are more concerned with their own internal needs versus that of their clients. Paul earned a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
